Spine House

The premise of this home is simple, yet elegant; create spaces that are separated through partitions, but connected through a spine that defines the front portion of the house. This allows for a sense of openness paired with a sense of privacy. The central spine is accented by a stone fireplace and inline spiral staircase. Additionally, the property has a yurt that acts as a second living space with a central oculus to allow natural light to flood the space.
