Pier Plaza involved converting five existing motel rooms on the second floor to three new condominium units, two with two bedrooms and one with a single bedroom. The existing motel rooms were carefully divided to take advantage of the existing bathrooms in each to allow for a large new master bedroom suit for the end units.
