The developer of this site felt it was important to incorporate plenty of green space, trees and several outdoor amenities into the design and to not overcrowd the site with buildings. It was also important to shield the utility buildings of the site like the garages and refuse area so as to not be overly visible from the street. The grounds include a covered picnic area with plans for a playground, a rain garden area to filter storm water from the site and an area for the residents to plant flowers and vegetable gardens. On site there are a total of 24 living units (12 each of three-bedroom units and two-bedroom units) evenly distributed in three two-story buildings.
