Looking to expand a growing department, MoBank undertook the task of renovating a maze of cubicles and choppy spaces into an open, light-filled and comfortable work space more befitting their collaborative and forward-thinking brand.  An employee lounge was relocated and a series of offices reconfigured to allow the entire workspace to have access to large, south facing windows.  A cluttered layout of cubicles was replaced with long, low tables to open the space.  A new, private conference room is juxtaposed with an open area that uses couches and large, vibrant bean bag chairs for more informal meetings.  The end result is fun, functional and provides room for future growth.
