A beautiful home located in Kansas City’s historic Greenway Fields neighborhood was partially renovated to reconfigure and modernize the existing bathrooms and master closet.  The master closet combined two existing closet spaces to create a larger, more open space.  Built-in custom cabinetry and a bench window seat were added as well.  An existing Jack and Jill bathroom was reconfigured to become a master bathroom (hers) with a soaking tub and ample vanity space.  A separate Jack and Jill bathroom and hall storage closet were combined to create a new guest bathroom (his) which features a large, glass enclosed shower and a freestanding soaking tub. A dated guest powder room was also renovated and modernized.  All three bathrooms feature beautiful tile work that compliment the homes classic style while also feeling crisp and modern.
