This 3-building multi-family project utilized 4% tax credits for interior and exterior rehab, ADA conversion for 12 units and new site amenities.  As the design architect and architect of record, C&S Design & Engineering provided everything needed through construction administrative services for a successful project for the developer, CPP Housing.  The project was completed in 2024.
