Located in historic and picturesque downtown Bayfield, the Andrew Tate Building was originally built in 1883.  We helped to refurbish and renovate the building which now is home to a realtor's office, cafe and floral/gift shop.  The upstairs of the building features three condominiums with views of Lake Superior.  Detailed wood cornices, trim and windows were updated to restore the old world charm of the original building.
